a.)舖前露天座位間可售賣或供應酒類飲品時間為上午11時至晚上11時。 Liquor shall only be sold or supplied for consumption on the outside seating accommodation of the premises from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. b.)持牌人須於每天晚上9時至翌晨3時留駐處所當值，每週星期五例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 9:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. the following day except Friday which is the weekly day-off. c.)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. d.) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，不得將朝向處所舖前露天座位的揚聲器或其他擴音設備開著。 No loudspeaker or other sound amplification device facing the outside seating accommodation of the premises shall be switched on between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. e.) 處所須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視設施，錄影範圍涵蓋處所的公用地方及男女廁入口，其解像度水平，須為即使環境昏暗，被拍攝人士的面容特徵仍能清晰可辨。安裝在男女廁入口的閉路電視不得侵犯在廁所內或使用廁所的人士的私隱。所有閉路電視錄像須保存至少30天，並在警方要求時提交警方查看。 CCTV with recording facilities, which covers common area of the premises and entrance of both male and female toilets and of which the resolution is up to the extent that facial appearance of people captured by the CCTV can be clearly identified even in dim light, shall be installed. The positioning of the CCTV system at the entrance of the male and female toilets shall not infringe the privacy of any person within or using toilet. All CCTV records shall be kept for at least 30 days and be available for Police inspection as when required.
