(a)持牌人須由晚上9時起留駐處所當值，直至翌晨4時或處所關門為止(以較遲者為準)，每週星期二例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 9:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. the following day or until the premises is closed, whichever is latest, except Tuesday which is the weekly day off. (b)持牌人須盡應盡的努力確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃著的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person shall smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises. (c)在任何時間不得容許18歲以下人士進入處所。 No person under the age of 18 shall be allowed on the premises at all times. (d)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. (e)處所須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視設施，錄影範圍涵蓋處所的公用地方及男女廁入口。安裝在男女廁入口的閉路電視系統不得侵犯在廁所內或使用廁所的人士的私隱。所有閉路電視錄像須保存至少30日，並在警方要求時提交警方查看。 CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises and entrance of both male and female toilets shall be installed. The positioning of the CCTV system at the entrance of the male and female toilets shall not infringe the privacy of any person within or using toilet. All CCTV records shall be kept for at least 30 days and be available for Police inspection as and when required.
