(a) 持牌人須於每天晚上10時至翌晨4時留駐處所當值，每週一天例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises from 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. except one weekly day-off. (b) 凌晨4時至上午9時，不得售賣或供應酒類飲品供顧客在處所內飲用。 No liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises between 4:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. (c) 凌晨5時至上午9時，不得容許任何人在處所內飲用酒類飲品。 No consumption of liquor shall be allowed on the premises between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. (d) 處所須在其內的公用地方裝設附錄影設施的閉路電視，而所有閉路電視錄影資料須保留最少14日，供警方在有需要時查看。 CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises shall be installed, and all CCTV records shall be kept for at least 14 days and be available for Police inspection as and when required. (e) 持牌人須盡應盡的努力，確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃著的香煙、雪茄或煙斗，而且處所內沒有放置煙灰缸。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises and no ash trays are placed on the premises.
