a.) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. b.) 持牌人須於每天晚上10時至翌晨4時留駐處所當值，每週星期日例假除外。 The licensee should be on duty on the premises between 10:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. the following day except Sunday which is the weekly day-off. c.) 處所須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視設施，錄影範圍涵蓋處所的公用地方及男女廁入口。安裝在男女廁入口的閉路電視不得侵犯在廁所內或使用廁所的人士的私隱。持牌人須盡一切應盡的努力保持閉路電視監察系統及錄影系統時刻正常運作，所有閉路電視錄像須保存至少30天，並在警方要求時提交警方查看及檢取。 CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises and entrance of both male and female toilets shall be installed. The positioning of the CCTV system at the entrance of the male and female toilets shall not infringe the privacy of any person within or using toilet. The licensee shall with due diligence maintain the closed-circuit TV surveillance system and the video recording system always in normal working condition. All CCTV records shall be kept for at least 30 days and be available for Police inspection and retrieval as and when required.
