(a) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉; All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day; (b) 持牌人必須為處所1樓的緊急逃生門安裝響鬧裝置，及確保響鬧裝置正常運作; The licensee shall install alarm device(s) at the emergency exit(s) located on the first floor of the premises and ensure the alarm device(s) is(are) in normal working condition; (c) 其餘通往1樓後樓梯的非逃生門必須鎖上; 及 Other non-escape doors leading to the rear staircases on the first floor must be locked; and (d) 持牌人必須確保任何人不得在處所1樓外的戶外平台逗留。 The licensee shall ensure that no person shall be allowed to stay on the flat roof outside the first floor of the premises.
