a.) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. b.) 持牌人須於每天晚上7時至翌晨4時留駐處所當值，每週例假一天除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 7:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. the following day except for the weekly day-off. c.) 處所須在其內的公用地方裝設附錄影設施的閉路電視。所有閉路電視錄影資料須保留最少30日，供警方在有需要時查看。 CCTV with recording facilities which covers the common area of the premises shall be installed. All CCTV records shall be kept for at least 30 days and be available for Police inspection as and when required. d.)持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期當日或之前參加及修畢酒牌局自2014年1月1日後舉辦的酒牌研討會，並取得酒牌局發出的出席證書。在任何時間，在酒牌局或警務處處長或任何代酒牌局/警務處處長行事的公職人員要求下，持牌人須將該出席證書交出查閱。此外，持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期之前向酒牌局提交出席證書副本，用以支持牌照續期申請(如有的話)。 The Licensee shall attend and complete a seminar for liquor licensing organized by the Liquor Licensing Board after the first day of January 2014 and obtain a certificate of attendance issued by the Liquor Licensing Board on or before the expiry of this Licence. The Licensee shall produce the certificate of attendance for inspection upon demand by the Liquor Licensing Board or the Commissioner of Police or any public officer acting on its/his behalf at any time and submit a copy of certificate of attendance to the Liquor Licensing Board in support of an application for renewal of licence, if any, before the expiry date of this Licence.
