a.)持牌人須於每天晚上8時至翌晨3時留駐處所當值，每週一天例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 8:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. the following day except for the weekly day-off. b.)處所內須裝設閉路電視(附錄影功能)，而所有閉路電視錄影資料須保留至少1個月，供警方有需要時查看。 CCTVs (with recording facilities) shall be installed inside the premises and all CCTV recordings shall be kept for at least one month and be available for the Police inspection as and when required.
