a.)持牌人須於每天晚上9時至翌晨4時留駐處所當值，每週星期日例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 9:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. the following day except Sunday which is the weekly day-off. b.)不得容許18歲以下人士進入處所。 No person under age of 18 shall be allowed on the premises. c.)持牌人須盡應盡的努力確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃着的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smokes or carries a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises. d.)處所內須裝設閉路電視(附錄影設施)，所有閉路電視錄影資料須保留至少1個月，供警方有需要時查看。 CCTVs (with recording facilities) shall be installed inside the premises and all CCTV recordings shall be kept for at least one month and be available for the Police inspection as and when required.
