(a) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. (b) 持牌人須於每天晚上9時至翌晨3時留駐處所當值，每週星期一例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 9:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. the following day except Monday which is the weekly day-off. (c) 處所內須裝設閉路電視(附錄影設施)，所有閉路電視錄影資料須保留14天，供警方有需要時查看。 CCTVs (with recording facilities) shall be installed inside the premises and all CCTV recordings shall be kept for 14 days and be available for the Police inspection as and when required.
