(a)舖前露天座位間可售賣或供應酒類飲品時間為下午4時至晚上11時。 Liquor shall only be sold or supplied for consumption on the outside seating accommodation of the premises from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (b)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. (c)持牌人須盡應盡的努力確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃著的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smokes or carries a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises. (d) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，不得將朝向處所舖前露天座位的揚聲器或其他擴音設備開著。 No loudspeaker or other sound amplification device facing the outside seating accommodation of the premises shall be switched on between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day.
