(a) 持牌人須於每天下午9時至翌晨4時留駐處所當值，每週星期日例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 9:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. the following day, except Sunday which is the weekly day-off. (b) 持牌人須盡應盡的努力確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃着的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises. (c) 在任何時間不得容許18歲以下人士進入處所。 No person under the age of 18 shall be allowed on the premises at all times. (d) 晚上9時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. (e) 持牌人須確保售賣或供應的酒類飲品只供顧客於處所內飲用。 The licensee shall ensure that liquor sold or supplied are to be consumed inside the premises only. (f) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，不得在處所演奏現場音樂。 No live music shall be played on the premises between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day.
