a) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，不得將設於處所外或在處所內而朝外的擴音設備或揚聲器開着，也不得演奏或播放音樂。 No music shall be played and no loudspeaker or other sound amplification device shall be used outside the premises or facing the outside of the premises between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. b) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. c) 晚上11時至翌日上午11時，不得在露天座位售賣、供應或飲用酒類飲品。 No liquor shall be sold, supplied or consumed in the Outside Seating Accommodation between 11:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. the following day. d) 在萬聖節(10月31日)、聖誕節(12月24日至25日)、除夕(12月31日)，以及警方在蘭桂坊一帶實施人群管理措施的其他重大事件日子，一律不得在露天座位作業。 No operation of the Outside Seating Accommodation is allowed during the Halloween (31st October), Christmas (24th – 25th December), New Year Eve (31st December), and other significant event dates where the crowd management measures are imposed by the Police in the vicinity of Lan Kwai Fong. e) 處所須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視設施，錄影範圍涵蓋處所的公用地方及男女廁入口。安裝在男女廁入口的閉路電視不得侵犯在廁所內或使用廁所的人士的私隱。持牌人須盡一切應盡的努力保持閉路電視監察系統和錄影系統時刻正常運作，所有閉路電視錄像須保存至少30日，並在警方要求時提交警方查看及檢取。 CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises and entrance of both male and female toilets shall be installed. The positioning of the CCTV system at the entrance of the male and female toilets shall not infringe the privacy of any person within or using toilet. The licensee shall with due diligence maintain the closed-circuit TV surveillance system and the video recording system always in normal working condition. All CCTV records shall be kept for at least 30 days and be available for Police inspection and retrieval as and when required.
