(a)持牌人須於每天晚上9時至翌晨3時留駐處所當值，每週一天例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 9:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. the following day except one weekly day off. (b)持牌人須確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃著的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。 The licensee shall ensure that no person smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises. (c)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. (d)晚上11時至翌日上午7時，處所內不得進行卡拉OK活動。 No karaoke activities shall be allowed on the premises between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. the following day.
