a.) 在任何同一時間內，店舖的總人數連同職員在內，不得超過 (178) 人。 Not more than (178) persons, including staff, shall be permitted on the premises at any one time. b.) 持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期當日或之前參加及修畢酒牌局自2014年1月1日後舉辦的酒牌研討會，並取得酒牌局發出的出席證書。在任何時間，在酒牌局或警務處處長或任何代酒牌局/警務處處長行事的公職人員要求下，持牌人須將該出席證書交出查閱。此外，持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期之前向酒牌局提交出席證書副本，用以支持牌照續期申請(如有的話)。 The Licensee shall attend and complete a seminar for liquor licensing organized by the Liquor Licensing Board after the first day of January 2014 and obtain a certificate of attendance issued by the Liquor Licensing Board on or before the expiry of this Licence. The Licensee shall produce the certificate of attendance for inspection upon demand by the Liquor Licensing Board or the Commissioner of Police or any public officer acting on its/his behalf at any time and submit a copy of certificate of attendance to the Liquor Licensing Board in support of an application for renewal of licence, if any, before the expiry date of this Licence. c.) 持牌人須於每天晚上9時至午夜12時留駐處所當值，每週一天例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight except the weekly day-off. d) 處所須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視設施，錄影範圍涵蓋處所的公用地方及男女廁入口。安裝在男女廁入口的閉路電視不得侵犯在廁所內或使用廁所的人士的私隱。持牌人須盡一切應盡的努力保持閉路電視監察系統和錄影系統時刻正常運作。所有閉路電視錄像須保存至少14天，並在警方要求時提交警方查看及檢取。 CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises and entrance of both male and female toilets shall be installed. The positioning of the CCTV system at the entrance of the male and female toilets shall not infringe the privacy of any person within or using toilet. The licensee shall with due diligence maintain the closed-circuit TV surveillance system and the video recording system always in normal working condition. All CCTV records shall be kept for at least 14 days and be available for Police inspection and retrieval as and when required
