a.)持牌人須確保處所內的閉路電視監察系統及錄影系統正常運作，並保留有關錄影資料至少14日，以便警方隨時翻閱。 The licensee shall ensure that the CCTV system and the video recording system are in normal operating condition, and retain the CCTV footage for at least 14 days for retrieval by the Police at all times. b.)持牌人須於每天晚上9時至翌晨4時留駐處所當值，每週星期日例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises from 9:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. except for Sunday which is the weekly leave day. c.)不得容許18歲以下人士進入處所。 Persons under 18 years of age will not be allowed on the premises.
