a)晚上11時至翌晨9時，處所所有的門必須保持關閉。 All doors of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. b)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，不得於處所內部以外的地方播放或演奏音樂或將擴音設備開著。 No music shall be played and no other sound amplification shall be switched on outside the interior of the premises between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. c)處所須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視設施，錄影範圍涵蓋處所的公用地方及男女廁入口。安裝在男女廁入口的閉路電視系統不得侵犯在廁所內或使用廁所的人士的私隱。持牌人須保存有關錄影記錄至少一個曆月，並在警方要求時提交警方檢查。 CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises and entrance of both male and female toilets shall be installed. The positioning of the CCTV system at the entrance of the male and female toilets shall not infringe the privacy of any person within or using toilet. All CCTV records shall be kept for at least one calendar month and be available for Police inspection as and when required. d)晚上11時前，處所的總人數連同職員在內不得超過221人。 Not more than 221 persons, including staff, shall be permitted on the premises before 11:00 p.m. e)晚上11時後，處所的總人數連同職員在內不得超過357人。 Not more than 357 persons, including staff, shall be permitted on the premises after 11:00 p.m. f)持牌人須於每天晚上9時至翌晨5時留駐處所當值，每週一天例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. the following day except one day which is the weekly day off. g)持牌人須盡應盡的努力，確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃着的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises.
