(a)凌晨2時至下午5時，不得售賣或供應酒類飲品供顧客在處所內飲用。 No liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (b)凌晨3時30分至下午5時，持牌人須確保無人在處所內飲用酒類飲品。 The licensee shall ensure that no person consumes liquor on the premises between 3:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (c)持牌人須盡應盡的努力，確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃著的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smokes or carries a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises. (d)持牌人須於每天晚上7時至翌晨2時30分留駐處所當值，每週一天例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 7:00 p.m. and 2:30 a.m. the following day except one weekly day-off.
