a.) 凌晨4時至上午9時，不得售賣或供應酒類飲品供顧客在處所內飲用。 No liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises between 4:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. b.) 凌晨5時至上午9時，持牌人須確保處所內無人飲用酒類飲品。 The licensee shall ensure that no person consumes liquor on the premises between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. c.) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. d.) 持牌人須盡應盡的努力確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃著的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smokes or carries a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises. e.) 處所須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視設施，錄影範圍涵蓋處所的公用地方及男女廁入口。安裝在男女廁入口的閉路電視系統不得侵犯在廁所內或使用廁所的人士的私隱。持牌人須保存有關錄影記錄至少30日，並在警方要求時提交警方檢查。 CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises and entrance of both male and female toilets shall be installed. The positioning of the CCTV system at the entrance of the male and female toilets shall not infringe the privacy of any person within or using toilet. All CCTV records shall be kept for at least 30 days and be available for Police inspection as and when required.
