a) 持牌人須於每天晚上9時至翌晨3時留駐處所當值，每週星期日例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 9:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. the following day except Sunday which is the weekly day off. b) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. c) 凌晨3時至上午9時，不得售賣或供應酒類飲品供顧客在處所內飲用。 No liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises between 3:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. d) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，18歲以下人士不得進入處所或在處所內逗留。 No person under the age of 18 shall be permitted to enter or remain on the premises between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. e) 持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期當日或之前參加及修畢酒牌局自2014年1月1日後舉辦的酒牌研討會，並取得酒牌局發出的出席證書。在任何時間，在酒牌局或警務處處長或任何代酒牌局/警務處處長行事的公職人員要求下，持牌人須將該出席證書交出查閱。此外，持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期之前向酒牌局提交出席證書副本，用以支持牌照續期申請(如有的話)。 The Licensee shall attend and complete a seminar for liquor licensing organized by the Liquor Licensing Board after the first day of January 2014 and obtain a certificate of attendance issued by the Liquor Licensing Board on or before the expiry of this Licence. The Licensee shall produce the certificate of attendance for inspection upon demand by the Liquor Licensing Board or the Commissioner of Police or any public officer acting on its/his behalf at any time and submit a copy of certificate of attendance to the Liquor Licensing Board in support of an application for renewal of licence, if any, before the expiry date of this Licence. f) 在任何同一時間內，店舖的總人數連同職員在內，不得超過132人 。 Not more than 132 persons, including staff, shall be permitted on the premises at any one time. g) 持牌人須盡應盡的努力確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃着的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises.
