a) 持牌人須於晚上7時至翌晨4時在處所當值，除星期日為每週例假。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises from 7:00 p.m.to 4:00 a.m. except Sunday which is the weekly day off. b) 處所內須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視系統，涵蓋男女廁入口和附近範圍，以記錄有關情況。閉路電視系統不應安裝在廁所內，也不得侵犯在廁所內或使用廁所的人士的私隱。持牌人須保存有關錄像至少一個曆月，並在警方有需要或要求時提交警方。 A recording CCTV system shall be installed and operational inside the premises covering and recording the entrance to both the male and female toilets and the vicinity thereof. The positioning of such CCTV system should not be within the toilet or impinge upon the privacy of any person within or using the toilet. The recorded images to be maintained by the licensee for a minimum period of one calendar month and to be made available to Police as required or requested by Police. c) 未滿18歲人士不得進入處所，或在處所內逗留。 No person under the age of 18 shall be permitted to enter or remain on the premises. d) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，不得使用設於處所外或在處所結構內而朝外的揚聲器或其他擴音設備。 No speaker or other sound amplification of the premises is to be used between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day either outside the premises or within the structure of the premises facing outwards.
