a.)在任何同一時間內，店鋪的總人數連同職員在內，不得超過 (70) 人。 Not more than (70) persons, including staff, shall be permitted on the premises at any one time. b.)持牌人須於每天下午5時至翌晨2時留駐處所當值，每週星期日例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 5:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. the following day except Sunday which is the weekly day-off. c.)晚上11時至翌晨5時，顧客不得在處所的平台(即露台)逗留。 No customers shall stay at the flat roof, i.e. balcony, of the premises between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. the following day.
