(a)持牌人須盡應盡的努力，確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃着的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smokes or carries a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises. (b)持牌人須於每天晚上7 時至翌晨1時留駐處所當值，每週一天例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 7:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. the following day except one weekly day off.
