(a)凌晨3時至上午9時，不得售賣或供應酒類飲品供顧客在處所內飲用。 No liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises between 3:00 a.m and 9:00 a.m. (b)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. (c)持牌人須於每天晚上9時至翌晨3時留駐處所當值，每週一天例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 9:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. the following day except one weekly day-off. (d)持牌人須盡應盡的努力，確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃著的香煙、雪茄或煙斗，而且處所內沒有放置煙灰缸。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises and no ash trays are placed on the premises.
