a.)持牌人須於每天晚上9時至翌晨4時留駐處所當值，每週星期日例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises from 9:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. except for Sunday which is the weekly leave day. b.)在任何同一時間內，店鋪的總人數連同職員在內，不得超過 (539) 人。 Not more than (539) persons, including staff, shall be permitted on the premises at any one time. c.)處所須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視設施，錄影範圍涵蓋處所的公用地方及男女廁入口，其解像度水平，須為即使環境昏暗，被拍攝人士的面容特徵仍能清晰可辨。安裝在男女廁入口的閉路電視不得侵犯在廁所內或使用廁所的人士的私隱。所有閉路電視錄像須保存至少30天，並在警方要求時提交警方查看。 CCTV with recording facilities, which covers common area of the premises and entrance of both male and female toilets and of which the resolution is up to the extent that facial appearance of people captured by the CCTV can be clearly identified even in dim light, shall be installed. The positioning of the CCTV system at the entrance of the male and female toilets shall not infringe the privacy of any person within or using toilet. All CCTV records shall be kept for at least 30 days and be available for Police inspection as when required.
