(b)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所不可進行卡拉OK活動及造成噪音滋擾的任何活動。 No karaoke activities or activities causing noise nuisance shall be permitted on the premises between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. (c)持牌人須盡應盡的努力確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃著的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises. (d)處所須在其內的公用地方裝設附錄影設施的閉路電視，而所有閉路電視錄影帶須保留最少30天，供警方在有需要時查看。 CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises shall be installed, and all CCTV records shall be kept for at least 30 days and be available for Police inspection as and when required. (e)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day.
