a) 持牌人須於每天中午12時至下午2時及下午6時至晚上11時留駐處所當值，每週一天例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 12:00 noon and 2:00 p.m. and between 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. except one weekly leave day. b) 持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期當日或之前參加及修畢酒牌局自2014年1月1日後舉辦的酒牌研討會，並取得酒牌局發出的出席證書。在任何時間，在酒牌局或警務處處長或任何代酒牌局/警務處處長行事的公職人員要求下，持牌人須將該出席證書交出查閱。此外，持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期之前向酒牌局提交出席證書副本，用以支持牌照續期申請(如有的話)。 The Licensee shall attend and complete a seminar for liquor licensing organized by the Liquor Licensing Board after the first day of January 2014 and obtain a certificate of attendance issued by the Liquor Licensing Board on or before the expiry of this Licence. The Licensee shall produce the certificate of attendance for inspection upon demand by the Liquor Licensing Board or the Commissioner of Police or any public officer acting on its/his behalf at any time and submit a copy of certificate of attendance to the Liquor Licensing Board in support of an application for renewal of licence, if any, before the expiry date of this Licence. c) 在任何時間，均不得在處所門窗外的持牌範圍售賣或供應酒類飲品，也不得容許任何人在處所門窗外的持牌範圍飲用酒類飲品。 No liquor shall be sold or supplied and no liquor consumption shall be allowed in the licensed area outside the doors and windows of the premises at any time.
