a) 在任何同一時間內，處所的總人數連同職員在內，不得超過 177 人。 Not more than 177 persons, including staff, shall be permitted on the premises at any one time. b) 持牌人須於每天晚上10時至翌日上午6時留駐處所當值，每週星期一例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. the following day except Monday which is the weekly day-off. c) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，不得使用設於處所外或在處所內而朝外的音樂設備或擴音設備或電視機。 No music or other sound amplification device or TV is to be used either outside the premises or within the premises facing outwards between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. d) 處所須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視設施，錄影範圍涵蓋處所的公用地方及男女廁入口。安裝在男女廁入口的閉路電視系統不得侵犯在廁所內或使用廁所的人士的私隱。所有閉路電視錄影片段須保存至少30天，並在警方要求時提交警方查看。 CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises and entrance of both male and female toilets shall be installed. The positioning of the CCTV system at the entrance of the male and female toilets shall not infringe the privacy of any person within or using toilet. All CCTV records shall be kept for at least 30 days and be available for Police inspection as and when required.
