a) 在任何同一時間內，店舖的總人數連同職員在內，不得超過 49 人。 Not more than 49 persons, including staff, shall be permitted on the premises at any one time. b) 凌晨3時至上午9時，不得售賣或供應酒類飲品供顧客在處所內飲用。 No liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises between 3:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. c) 持牌人須於晚上9時至翌晨3時在處所當值，除星期五為每週例假。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises from 9:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. except Friday which is the weekly day off. d)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. e) 持牌人須確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃着的香煙，雪茄或煙斗。 The licensee shall ensure that no person smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises.
