a.)在任何同一時間內，處所的總人數連同職員在內，不得超過（146）人。 Not more than(146)persons, including staff, shall be permitted on the premises at any one time. b.)持牌人須於每天晚上8時至翌晨2時留駐處所當值，每週星期日例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 8:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. the following day except Sunday which is the weekly day-off. c.)持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期當日或之前參加及修畢酒牌局自2014年1月1日後舉辦的酒牌研討會，並取得酒牌局發出的出席證書。在任何時間，在酒牌局或警務處處長或任何代酒牌局/警務處處長行事的公職人員要求下，持牌人須將該出席證書交出查閱。此外，持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期之前向酒牌局提交出席證書副本，用以支持牌照續期申請(如有的話)。 The Licensee shall attend and complete a seminar for liquor licensing organized by the Liquor Licensing Board after the first day of January 2014 and obtain a certificate of attendance issued by the Liquor Licensing Board on or before the expiry of this Licence. The Licensee shall produce the certificate of attendance for inspection upon demand by the Liquor Licensing Board or the Commissioner of Police or any public officer acting on its/his behalf at any time and submit a copy of certificate of attendance to the Liquor Licensing Board in support of an application for renewal of licence, if any, before the expiry date of this Licence. d.)持牌人須確保售賣或供應的酒類飲品只供顧客在處所內飲用。 The licensee shall ensure that liquor sold or supplied shall be consumed on the premises only. e.)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. f.) 處所須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視設施，錄影範圍涵蓋處所的公用地方及男女廁入口。安裝在男女廁入口的閉路電視系統不得侵犯在廁所內或使用廁所的人士的私隱。所有閉路電視錄影片段須保存至少30天，並在警方要求時提交警方查看。 CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises and entrance of both male and female toilets shall be installed. The positioning of the CCTV system at the entrance of the male and female toilets shall not infringe the privacy of any person within or using toilet. All CCTV records shall be kept for at least 30 days and be available for Police inspection as and when required g.) 持牌人須確保處所內的閉路電視監察系統及錄影系統正常運作，並保留有關錄影資料至少30日，以便警方隨時翻閱。 The licensee shall ensure that the closed-circuit TV surveillance system and the video recording system are in normal working condition, and shall retain the surveillance record for at least 30 days for retrieval by the police at any time
