a) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. b) 在任何同一時間內，店舖的總人數連同職員在內，不得超過 78 人。 Not more than 78 persons, including staff, shall be permitted on the premises at any one time. c) 持牌人須自費聘請一名保安員由晚上8時至營業時間結束前在處所升降機大堂外駐守，以確保處所客人不會進入處所所在樓宇的樓梯，亦不會使用該樓宇的升降機前往處所以上的樓層。 A Security Guard at the costs of the Licensee is deployed outside the lift lobby of the Premises from 8:00 p.m. to the close of business so as to ensure that all the customers of the Premises will not access to the staircases of the Building of the Premises and will not go to the floors upper than the Premises of the said Building by elevator(s). d) 持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期當日或之前參加及修畢酒牌局自2014年1月1日後舉辦的酒牌研討會，並取得酒牌局發出的出席證書。在任何時間，在酒牌局或警務處處長或任何代酒牌局/警務處處長行事的公職人員要求下，持牌人須將該出席證書交出查閱。此外，持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期之前向酒牌局提交出席證書副本，用以支持牌照續期申請(如有的話)。 The Licensee shall attend and complete a seminar for liquor licensing organized by the Liquor Licensing Board after the first day of January 2014 and obtain a certificate of attendance issued by the Liquor Licensing Board on or before the expiry of this Licence. The Licensee shall produce the certificate of attendance for inspection upon demand by the Liquor Licensing Board or the Commissioner of Police or any public officer acting on its/his behalf at any time and submit a copy of certificate of attendance to the Liquor Licensing Board in support of an application for renewal of licence, if any, before the expiry date of this Licence. e) 凌晨3時至上午9時，處所內不得將擴音設備開着，也不得演奏或播放音樂。 No sound amplification device shall be switched on and no music shall be played on the premises between 3:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
