a) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. b) 凌晨5時至上午9時，不得售賣或供應酒類飲品供顧客在處所內飲用。 No liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. c) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所內部的外面不得演奏或播放音樂，也不得將揚聲器或擴音設備開著。 No music shall be played and no loudspeaker or sound amplification device outside the interior of the premises shall be switched on between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. d) 持牌人須盡應盡的努力，確保售賣或供應的酒類飲品只供顧客於處所內飲用。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that liquor sold or supplied is to be consumed on the premises only. e) 在任何同一時間內，店舖的總人數連同職員在內，不得超過 310 人。 Not more than 310 persons, including staff, shall be permitted on the premises at any one time. f) 處所須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視設施，錄影範圍涵蓋處所的公用地方及男女廁入口。安裝在男女廁入口的閉路電視不得侵犯在廁所內或使用廁所的人士的私隱。所有閉路電視錄像須保存至少14日，並在警方要求時提交警方查看。 CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises and entrance of both male and female toilets shall be installed. The positioning of the CCTV at the entrance of the male and female toilets shall not infringe the privacy of any person within or using toilet. All CCTV records shall be kept for at least 14 days and be available for Police inspection as and when required.
