a) 舖前露天座位間可售賣或供應酒類飲品時間為上午11時至晚上11時。 Liquor shall only be sold or supplied for consumption on the outside seating accommodation of the premises from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. b) 持牌人須盡應盡的努力確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃著的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises. c) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. d) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所內及處所外不得演奏或播放音樂，也不得將擴音設備開著。 No music shall be played and no sound amplification device shall be switched on inside and outside the premises between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. e) 持牌人須於每天下午2時至翌晨2時留駐處所當值，每週一天例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. the following day except one weekly day-off.
