a) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. b) 凌晨5時至上午9時，不得售賣或供應酒類飲品供顧客在處所內飲用。 No liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. c) 凌晨6時至上午9時，持牌人須確保處所內無人飲用酒類飲品。 The licensee shall ensure that no person consumes liquor on the premises between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. d) 持牌人須盡應盡的努力確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃著的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smokes or carries a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises. e) 持牌人須於每天下午5時至翌晨2時留駐處所當值，每週一天例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 5:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. the following day except the weekly day-off.
