The positioning of the CCTV system at the entrance of the male and female toilets shall not infringe the privacy of any person within or using toilet. The licensee shall with due diligence maintain the closed-circuit TV surveillance system and the video recording system always in normal working condition. All CCTV records shall be kept for at least 30 days and be available for Police inspection and retrieval as and when required.
