(a)持牌人須於晚上8時至翌晨4時或處所關門為止(以較遲者為準)留駐處所當值，每週星期一例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 8:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. the following day or until the premises is closed, whichever is latest except on her weekly leave on Monday. (b)持牌人須盡應盡的努力確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃著的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises. (c)晚上9時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day.
