a) 持牌人須於下午4時至午夜12時在處所當值，每週一天例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight except one weekly day off. b) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. c) 處所須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視設施，錄影範圍涵蓋處所的公用地方及男女廁入囗。安裝在男女廁入囗的閉路電視不得侵犯在廁所內或使用廁所的人士的私隱。所有閉路電視錄像須保存至少30日，並在警方要求時提交警方查看。 CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises and entrance of both male and female toilets shall be installed. The positioning of the CCTV system at the entrance of the male and female toilets shall not infringe the privacy of any person within or using toilet. All CCTV records shall be kept for at least 30 days and be available for Police inspection as and when required.
