a)持牌人須於每天晚上11時至翌晨5時留駐處所當值，每週一天例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. the following day except one day which is the weekly day off. b)處所須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視設施，錄影範圍涵蓋處所的公用地方。所有閉路電視錄像須保存至少30日，並在警方要求時提交警方查看。 CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises shall be installed and all CCTV records shall be kept for at least 30 days and be available for Police inspection as and when required.
