a.)舖前露天座位間可售賣或供應酒類飲品時間為上午11時至晚上11時。 Liquor shall only be sold or supplied for consumption on the outside seating accommodation of the premises from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. b.)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. c.)持牌人須於每天下午6時至翌晨2時留駐處所當值，每週星期日例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 6:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. the following day except Sunday which is the weekly day-off. d.)晚上11時至翌日上午7時，處所內不得利用連接超低音喇叭的揚聲器或連接超低音喇叭的擴音設備演奏或播放音樂。 No music shall be played on the premises with the use of any loudspeaker connected with subwoofer or sound amplification device connected with subwoofer between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. the following day. e.)處所須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視設施，錄影範圍涵蓋處所的公用地方及男女廁入口。安裝在男女廁入口的閉路電視系統不得侵犯在廁所內或使用廁所的人士的私隱。持牌人須保存有關錄影記錄至少30日，並在警方要求時提交警方檢查。 CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises and entrance of both male and female toilets shall be installed. The positioning of the CCTV system at the entrance of the male and female toilets shall not infringe the privacy of any person within or using toilet. All CCTV records shall be kept for at least 30 days and be available for Police inspection as and when required. f.)持牌人須確保處所內的閉路電視監察系統及錄影機正常運作，並保留有關的錄影資料至少30日，以便警方隨時翻閱。 The licensee shall ensure that the closed-circuit TV surveillance system and the video recording system are always in normal working condition, and shall retain the surveillance record for at least 30 days for retrieval by the police at any time. g.)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，不得將朝向處所舖前露天茶座的揚聲器或其他擴音設備開著。 No loudspeaker or other sound amplification device facing the outside seating accommodation of the premises shall be switched on between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day.
