a) 在任何時間，均不得售賣或供應酒類飲品供顧客在處所的閣樓飲用，也不得容許任何人在處所的閣樓喝酒。 No liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption and no person shall consume liquor at the cockloft of the premises at any time. b) 晚上10時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. c) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，不得售賣或供應酒類飲品供顧客在處所內飲用。 No liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. d) 持牌人須於每天下午4時至晚上10時留駐所當值，每週一天例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. except one unfixed weekly day-off. e) 持牌人須盡應盡的努力，確保售賣或供應的酒類飲品只供顧客於處所內飲用。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that liquor sold or supplied is to be consumed on the premises only. f) 舖前露天座位可售賣或供應酒類飲品時間為下午5時至晚上10時。 Liquor selling or supplying hours of the outside seating accommodation at shopfront: from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
