a) 在任何同一時間內，店舖的總人數連同職員在內，不得超過 (178) 人。 Not more than (178) persons, including staff, shall be permitted on the premises at any one time. b) 持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期當日或之前參加及修畢酒牌局自2014年1月1日後舉辦的酒牌研討會，並取得酒牌局發出的出席證書。在任何時間，在酒牌局或警務處處長或任何代酒牌局/警務處處長行事的公職人員要求下，持牌人須將該出席證書交出查閱。此外，持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期之前向酒牌局提交出席證書副本，用以支持牌照續期申請(如有的話)。 The Licensee shall attend and complete a seminar for liquor licensing organized by the Liquor Licensing Board after the first day of January 2014 and obtain a certificate of attendance issued by the Liquor Licensing Board on or before the expiry of this Licence. The Licensee shall produce the certificate of attendance for inspection upon demand by the Liquor Licensing Board or the Commissioner of Police or any public officer acting on its/his behalf at any time and submit a copy of certificate of attendance to the Liquor Licensing Board in support of an application for renewal of licence, if any, before the expiry date of this Licence. c) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. d) 晚上11時至翌日上午11時，不得在露天座位間售賣、供應或飲用酒類飲品。 No liquor shall be sold, supplied or consumed at the outside seating accommodation between 11:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. the following day. e) 晚上11時至翌日上午11時，任何人不得在處所的露天座位範圍逗留。 No person shall be allowed to stay at the Outside Seating Accommodation of the premises between 11:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. the following day. f) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所內不得將擴音設備或電視機開著，也不得演奏或播放音樂。 No sound amplification device or TV shall be switched on and no music shall be played on the premises between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day.
