a)在任何同一時間內，店舖的總人數連同職員在內，不得超過 50人。 Not more than 50 persons, including staff, shall be permitted on the premises at any one time. b)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，不得售賣或供應酒類飲品，供顧客在處所內飲用。 No liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. c)下午6時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門、摺門及窗戶必須保持關閉。 All doors, folding doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. d)晚上10時至翌日上午9時，不得容許任何人在處所門外的持牌範圍飲用酒類飲品。 No consumption of liquor shall be allowed on the licensed area outside the doors of the premises between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. e)持牌人須盡應盡的努力，確保售賣或供應的酒類飲品只供顧客於處所內飲用。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that liquor sold or supplied is to be consumed on the premises only.
