(a)持牌人須於每天下午11時至翌晨4時留駐處所當值，每週星期日例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 11:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. the following day except Sunday which is the weekly day-off. (b)持牌人須盡應盡的努力確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃着的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises. (c)處所須在其內的公用地方裝設附錄影設施的閉路電視，而所有閉路電視錄影片段須保留最少14天，供警方在有需要時查看。 CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises shall be installed, and all CCTV records shall be kept for at least 14 days and be available for Police inspection as and when required.
