a) 在任何同一時間內，店舖的總人數連同職員在內，不得超過300人。 Not more than 300 persons, including staff, shall be permitted on the premises at any one time. b) 凌晨5時至上午9時，不得售賣或供應酒類飲品供顧客在處所內飲用。 No liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. c) 處所須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視設施，錄影範圍涵蓋處所的公用地方及男女廁入口。安裝在男女廁入口的閉路電視不得侵犯在廁所內或使用廁所的人士的私隱。所有閉路電視錄像須保存至少30日，並在警方要求時提交警方查看。 CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises and entrance of both male and female toilets shall be installed. The positioning of the CCTV system at the entrance of the male and female toilets shall not infringe the privacy of any person within or using toilet. All CCTV records shall be kept for at least 30 days and be available for Police inspection as and when required.
