(a)凌晨4時至上午9時，不得售賣或供應酒類飲品供顧客在處所內飲用。 No liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises between 4:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. (b)持牌人須於每天晚上8時至翌晨4時留駐處所當值，每週星期日例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 8:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. the following day except Sunday which is the weekly day-off. (c)持牌人須盡應盡的努力確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃着的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises. (d)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. (e)持牌人須確保售賣或供應的酒類飲品只供顧客於處所內飲用。 The licensee shall ensure that the customers consume liquor only sold or supplied by the premises on the premises. (f)處所須在其內的公用地方裝設附錄影設施的閉路電視，而所有閉路電視錄影片段須保留最少30天，供警方在有需要時查看。 CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises shall be installed, and all CCTV records shall be kept for at least 30 days and be available for Police inspection as and when required.
