(a)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. (b)持牌人須於每天晚上9時至營業時間完結留駐處所當值，每週星期三例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises from 9:00 p.m. to the end of the business hours, except Wednesday which is the weekly day-off. (c)午夜12時至上午9時，處所內不得將擴音設備開著，也不得演奏或播放音樂。 No sound amplification device shall be switched on and no music shall be played on the premises between 12:00 midnight and 9:00 a.m. (d)持牌人須確保處所外面沒有擺放檯或椅。 The licensee shall ensure that no table or chair is placed outside the premises.
