(a)舖前露天座位間可售賣或供應酒類飲品時間為上午11時至晚上11時。 Liquor shall only be sold or supplied for consumption on the outside seating accommodation of the premises from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (b)持牌人須盡應盡的努力確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃着的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises. (c)處所須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視設施，錄影範圍涵蓋處所的公用地方及男女廁入口。安裝在男女廁入口的閉路電視系統不得侵犯在廁所內或使用廁所的人士的私隱。所有閉路電視錄像須保存至少30日，並在警方要求時提交警方查看。 CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises and entrance of both male and female toilets shall be installed. The positioning of the CCTV system at the entrance of the male and female toilets shall not infringe the privacy of any person within or using toilet. All CCTV records shall be kept for at least 30 days and be available for Police inspection as and when required.
