a) 在任何同一時間內，處所包括有蓋平台(718號舖位)的總人數連同職員在內，不得超過 277 人。 Not more than 277 persons, including staff, shall be permitted on the premises including the roof-over podium (Shop 718) at any one time. b) 凌晨3時至上午9時，不得售賣或供應酒類飲品供顧客在處所內飲用。 No liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises between 3:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. c) 持牌人須確保在任何時間，有蓋平台(718號舖位)旁的平台的露天範圍均沒有酒類飲品出售或供應，亦沒有人飲用酒類飲品。 The licensee shall ensure that no liquor shall be sold, supplied or consumed at the open area of flat roof adjacent to the roof-over podium (Shop 718) at all time. d) 持牌人須於每天晚上8時至翌晨3時留駐處所當值, 每週星期一例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 8:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. except Monday which is the weekly day off. e) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，任何人不得在有蓋平台(718號內舖位)和平台的露天範圍將擴音設備開着，亦不得演奏或播放音樂。 No sound amplification device shall be switched on and no music shall be played at the roof-over podium (Shop 718) as well as the open area of flat roof between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day.
