a.)持牌人須於每天晚上9時至翌晨5時留駐處所當值，每週星期日例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. the following day except Sunday which is the weekly day-off. b.)持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期當日或之前參加及修畢酒牌局自2014年1月1日後舉辦的酒牌研討會，並取得酒牌局發出的出席證書。在任何時間，在酒牌局或警務處處長或任何代酒牌局/警務處處長行事的公職人員要求下，持牌人須將該出席證書交出查閱。此外，持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期之前向酒牌局提交出席證書副本，用以支持牌照續期申請(如有的話)。 The Licensee shall attend and complete a seminar for liquor licensing organized by the Liquor Licensing Board after the first day of January 2014 and obtain a certificate of attendance issued by the Liquor Licensing Board on or before the expiry of this Licence. The Licensee shall produce the certificate of attendance for inspection upon demand by the Liquor Licensing Board or the Commissioner of Police or any public officer acting on its/his behalf at any time and submit a copy of certificate of attendance to the Liquor Licensing Board in support of an application for renewal of licence, if any, before the expiry date of this Licence. c.)(i)對該處所的所有房間每15分鐘巡查一次，並作即時紀錄。 All rooms on the premises shall be checked every 15 minutes with records made immediately. c.)(ii)所有巡查紀錄須保留3個月，以供警方在有需要時可即時查閱。 All records of checks shall be kept for 3 months and be immediately available for Police inspection as and when required. c.)(iii)另聘兩名巡察員(並紀錄其姓名)以作上述巡查工作。 Two additional inspection staff (their names shall be recorded) shall be employed to carry out the above checks. c.)(iv)該兩名巡察員中，在持牌人不在場時，必須有一人全時間留守該處所； During the absence of the licensee, one of the inspection staff shall remain on the premises. c.)(v)在該處所內、外的公用地方(含大廳，通道及大門)須作閉路電視錄影，而所有閉路電視錄影片段須保留3個月，以供警方在有需要時可即時查看。 CCTV cameras shall be installed in the common areas both inside and outside the premises, including the main hall, passages and the main door, and all CCTV records shall be kept for 3 months and be immediately available for Police inspection as and when required. c.)(vi)每週舉行全體職員大會，由持牌人親自講解嚴守酒牌條件的重要性，並作會議紀錄。 A general meeting of staff, at which the licensee shall personally explain the importance of strict compliance with liquor licence conditions, shall be held every week and the minutes of the meeting shall be taken. c.)(vii)每週全體職員大會的會議紀錄須保留3個月，以供警方在有需要時可即時查閱。 The minutes of the weekly general meeting of staff shall be kept for 3 months and be immediately available for Police inspection as and when required. d.)持牌人須確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃著的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。 The licensee shall ensure that no person smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises. e.)在任何同一時間內，店舖的總人數連同職員在內，不得超過（210）人。 Not more than (210) persons, including staff, shall be permitted on the premises at any one time.
