a.)持牌人須確保處所內的閉路電視監察系統及錄影機經常正常運作，並保留有關的錄影資料至少14日，以便警方隨時翻閱。 The licensee shall ensure that the closed-circuit TV surveillance system and the video recording system are always in normal working condition, and shall retain the surveillance record for at least 14 days for retrieval by the police at any time. b.)持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期當日或之前參加及修畢酒牌局自2014年1月1日後舉辦的酒牌研討會，並取得酒牌局發出的出席證書。在任何時間，在酒牌局或警務處處長或任何代酒牌局/警務處處長行事的公職人員要求下，持牌人須將該出席證書交出查閱。此外，持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期之前向酒牌局提交出席證書副本，用以支持牌照續期申請(如有的話)。 The Licensee shall attend and complete a seminar for liquor licensing organized by the Liquor Licensing Board after the first day of January 2014 and obtain a certificate of attendance issued by the Liquor Licensing Board on or before the expiry of this Licence. The Licensee shall produce the certificate of attendance for inspection upon demand by the Liquor Licensing Board or the Commissioner of Police or any public officer acting on its/his behalf at any time and submit a copy of certificate of attendance to the Liquor Licensing Board in support of an application for renewal of licence, if any, before the expiry date of this Licence. c.)持牌人須於每天晚上9時至翌晨3時留駐處所當值，每週一天例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 9:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. the following day except one weekly day-off. d.)在任何同一時間內，店舖的總人數連同職員在內，不得超過（245）人( 73人在14樓, 107人在15樓, 65人在16樓)。 Not more than (245) persons(73 persons on 14/F, 107 persons on 15/F, 65 persons on 16/F), including staff, shall be permitted on the premises at any one time.
