(a)可售酒類時間：由下午5時至上午2時(翌晨)。 Liquor selling hours from 17:00 to 02:00 (next morning). (b)持牌人須於每天下午9時至上午2時(翌晨)留駐處所當值，每週星期四例假除外。 The licensee shall be on duty on the premises from 9:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.(next morning), except Thursday which is the weekly day-off. (c)晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。 All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day. (d)持牌人須盡應盡的努力確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃著的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。 The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises. (e)處所須在其內的公用地方裝設附錄影設施的閉路電視，而所有閉路電視錄影資料須保留最少1個月，供警方在有需要時查看。 CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises shall be installed, and all CCTV records shall be kept for at least one month and be available for Police inspection as and when required. (f)凌晨2時至上午9時，處所內不得將擴音設備開着，也不得演奏或播放音樂。 No sound amplification device shall be switched on and no music shall be played on the premises between 2:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m..
